Nicholas McGrath, CEO of the AIMS AMP Capital Industrial REIT's management said that there are 25 properties in the REITs that are high quality and 70% of the portfolio focuses on the warehouses, and the majority of the clients are large international logistic companies. He said that at the moment the RIETs properties are 99% occupied, above the average occupation rate of Singapore which is 94%. They are also focusing on utilisation of current assets.
